Course Goals – START MODULE 1 HERE

WELCOME! Yay – you’re in and on your way to relying on yourSELF for safety!

First, I want to CONGRATULATE you for realizing your need for safety skills and then caring about yourself and loved ones enough to learn these skills and practice them! If shy, naive me can do it, so can you! It’s not impossible, it’s POSSIBLE! Let’s get started!

A bit of quick info on how this course is structured….

There are 4 Total Modules in The 30 Day Safety Course For Women (1 Module Per Week or if you have the self-study version, you have all modules available NOW).

Each Module for the week has approximately 5-7 lessons within it. Each lesson takes 5-10 minutes depending on how quickly you read and if you follow the links for more in-depth learning.

Module 1 here has five lessons (with the first 3 lessons being the same as the free sample course). In each lesson you will find:

  1. A LESSON to read (like what you’re reading now)
  2. A QUIZ at the end – not graded, don’t worry! It’s just to help you retain the info
  3. A COMMENT section where you can ask questions or give feedback

At the last lesson of each complete module you will find:

  1. A REVIEW of all lessons within that module
  2. A CHEATSHEET at the end of each module to screenshot or print as an aid to remember what you learned
  3. A VIDEO review either live for group study or recorded for self study.

There are two private FB groups to support you with encouragement and implementation.
GENERAL Facebook group for those not enrolled in the course. Click HERE to join if you’re not enrolled.
ALUMNI Facebook group for those enrolled in the course: Click HERE to join if you’re a student.

GOALS for this course:

In order to be your own bodyguard and not have to depend 100% on a man to protect you or the police to arrive immediately when you need help, the following are our 2 goals. This takes learning and practice, which I will help you with:

  1. To begin learning a LIFESTYLE of situational awareness. Know what is “normal” for your surroundings, who is around you and what they are doing.
  2. To have a PLAN and develop muscle memory by practicing your prevention techniques as well as your verbal and physical skills if attacked.

“Muscle memory” means your brain and body know exactly what to do without really thinking much about it (due to practicing it over and over). In the event of an attack, you will need every single second to gain advantage and surprise over an attacker.

The result of these two goals is self-reliance. You want to be able to help yourself and your loved ones as best you can. Why self-reliance? Screams and cries for help are sometimes not heard or are ignored. Your safety depends on YOU! The usual police response time from a 911 call can be 5 minutes or more. A LOT can happen in those 5 minutes.

The info in this course and in the private FaceBook group are not legal advice and may not protect you 100%. I am just sharing what has worked for me and practical ideas to prevent harm to you and those you love. By using this website, you agree to the terms & conditions with disclaimer HERE.

Please know that there is always more you can learn and practice, but this course should set you sailing in the right direction with a firm foundation of knowledge and skills to help keep you and your loved ones with you safer.

In the next section, we will learn about mindset.

Go ahead and take the quiz below to proceed.
